Neo Max

I just drove a 2K2 auto Maxima. I see what some of you were saying about a reluctance to downshift. I guess Nissan thinks the motor has enough torque to get by without shifting so much, which it DOES!! Even softened by the slushbox that new motor has tons more torque than my 2K. I can't wait for my 6spd to arrive! Altima=too much money for what you get. Nice car in lots of ways but the interior materials are a bit cheap looking/feeling. They aren't too bad but when you start paying 25K plus a person expects certain things and the Altima doesn't quite deliver in this area but the money saved there has definitely gone into other goodies and the car still kicks the crap out of the competition.
