I was caught last night for driving without a license the cop was cool about it I told him upfront it was suspended and he said I couldnt drive home good thing I only live 1/2 mile away. I get my license back on the 16th of this month so he told me to bring it in to show proof that Im getting it back. He basicly let me go he was cool about it. When I got in the car he was listening to DMX party up I was kind of suprised he said he liked that kind of music.

 

why the hell are you driving w/o a valid liscence.......

 

It was suspended for 15 days for careless driving

 

never good man, your cops are cool though. I do know that in CT you can get a temp. work pass if you get your license suspended.

It doesn't sound like you learned anything, and if you lived in a normal state like New York you'd be in a pretty serious bind. You see, in most states, that type of offense is not up to the officer to decide whether more time is tacked on to your current suspension, your car towed and impounded, or, if it's a 3rd offense revocation for good. Kinda curious what state you live in. Plus, this cr** is on your record for 10 years, even though insurance usually surcharges for only 3 unless you have a good company which may decide to look back the full 10 (but can not charge extra, only can decide not to insure you).

As for the driving with a suspension thing, my dad got pulled over once driving with a suspended license for too much speeding and they just towed the car and he was back on the road as soon as the truck left. honest

 

The reason I got busted was the cop was behind me last week and ran a check on my plate hes one of the 4 or 5 cops in the town I live in he. He found I had a suspended license after I turned into my parents driveway. At about 12:15 AM he seen me by the local turkey hill and waited till I pulled out to come after me.

to low its a pain in the @$$ to drive it has my custom suspension that consists of front eibachs off a probe and rear H&Rs off an Integra. It only cost $40 for all the springs from the local junkyard. I had to cut the Integra springs to make it sit right other than that I havent had any problems and theyve been on for about 2 yrs.
