Cheapest place to buy plugs

Guys I need new spark plugs. The local tire shop wanted $18 a piece for NGK platiums. That's a little high isnt it? Where is the cheapest place on the web to buy plugs for our cars??? Thanks

I got 6 NGK Platinums from Coz at UltimateZ for just under $50 plus shipping.

They really should run more that $10 per plug. Even $10 is kinda high if you can't find a good deal.

Platinum OEM Replacement: NGK #PFR5G-11

Carparts.com: Part #2647 $16.24 each.

Nissan Part Number: 22401-1P1S5VW (order quantity of 6)
-$47 to $52 (for 6) at discount dealers
-Monarch Products (NGK Wholesaler and Rep) $6.40 each

Spark Plug Gap: .039 to .043 (NGKs should be pre-gapped)

WHY DO YOU GUYS PAY SO MUCH FOR PLAT NGK PLUGS? CAN T YOU GUYS USE BOSCH PLAT PLUGS. THEY ARE LIKE $35.00 AT PEPBOYS OR AUTOZONE. THEY WORK LIKE A CHAMP. I ONCE GOT THEM FOR $1.49 FROM THE NAVY BASE NO TAX AND NO LIE THEY RAN OUT THOUGH. GREAT DEAL.

They don't have a good reputation for smooth, reliable operation for 60k like the NGK plugs do. A simple forum search would illustrate our experiences in better detail. There have been more complaints than compliments for anything but NGK Platinums on VQ engines.
