Ot: Info On The 2003 350z.............
It looks like Nissan in the UK is trying to keep the price of the new Z down to compete with the Audi TT and others, lets hope Nissan in the U.S. will do the same. Also there is talk of a Twin-Turbo V6 for the 350 that will also be in the next Skyline GT-R. Looks like this is going to be one sweet ride.......

A turbo is a nice surprise...
It was definitely feasible, but I didn't know if Nissan would do it or not. Our VQ30DE is available in a tt configuration, so why not tt the 3.5, right? I would've expected a bit more power from it though. I think Nissan might be holding back a bit. A tt system should be adding more than just 50hp to the 3.5L. After all, the 3L tt gets at least an 86hp gain(up to 276).
The UK always gets smaller base engines because of the price of fuel there. I doubt we'll get the 3L version of the Z. After this year, the VQ30DE won't even be used in the US anymore. Besides, you'd have Altimas making over 30hp more, which wouldn't look good. Our base model will likely be the 286hp(if not more) model. I imagine it'd definitely be under $30k. It'll be nice to see how it runs with an S2000.
