If you changed your pulley{example: 3.25} it will not fit in the V1. A V1 pulley can be easaly moddified to fit in a V2 but not vise versa. If you plan to do just a straight swap with the blowers it should fit fine.
thiss may be silly.. but why do you want the v1?? is your v2 too quiet or somethingg?
the actual kit sold from stillen as the v1 is actually different than the v2 kit.. they claimed they upgraded it, however seems like someone forgot to actually test this new prototype out..

I found a brand new V1 for 800 bucks (just the blower). I would rather have the sound of the V1 to tell you the truth. If I buy it I will probably keep the V2 to put on my next car. I currently have a 3.33" pulley. The pulleys that vortech sells doesnt state weather or not its a V1 or V2 pulley.. I was just worried about the piping not lining up correctly or something like that.

. I spent 1.5 hours machining a V1 pulley to fit in my V2. The V1 pulleys are about 1/4 inch wider and it won't fit in a V2.

sells 1 size of a 6-rip SC pulley. They dont differ the V1 and V2. So
how could this be possible?

If you really want a V1 Let's swap... You send me your blower and I will send you mine. We can work out some more details via PM if you would like.
If you are serious, so am I.
There are lots of kit differences between the V1 and V2 kits from Stillen. But the blowers themselves should be exact, due to the SC mounting plate you do have to modify the Pulley to make it fit on Stillens V2 kit, whereas the V1 with the V1 plate can use an off the shelf Vortech pulley. It is more a issue with Stillen's mounting plate than the SC itself.
Hit me up man...

From what Vortech and other people here have told me, the V2 pullies are NOT off the shelf the way Stillen uses their mounting plate.... The V1 pullies... As off the shelf as it gets
I dunno maybe you didn't have any probs using a stock Vortech pulley, and I do NOT have any personal experience with a V2 or V2 Kit for that matter. I am going on what I was told.
Later bud

I don't know if you guys are talking about compatibility with pulleys but heres what happened to me.
I snaped my SC belt 30 minutes{that was fun} after I installed a V1 pulley on my V2. Reason was it screws up the whole alighnment of the pulleys.
Re: Re: Phil
plate/brackets are also different. it made differently to accompany the thermastat housing... but the freaken design kills the pulley and belt.. snap crackle pop..nuff said
