Need Apc Harness Soon
I ordered one from carparts (now JC whitney) they said its going to take up to 4 weeks to deliver!!! Is there another place I can order the APC harness from? I already have my bulbs, just waiting for the harness.

Re: Need Apc Harness Soon
Avoid carparts. Half my freaking orders are backordered for weeks--making me cancel, or they might do it themselves. Ordered the APC harness from them 2nd week of September. 2 weeks later, they cancel it saying they don't know if they can get them. Placed another order for STS couple weeks ago. No word on fulfilment. Now I am in limbo--want them to cancel so I can get it from someplace else, but they are having difficulty finding out the status of the order. JC Whitney needs to clean carparts up big time...

I dont think upgrading the harness is necessary, but it is obviously your car. Just my .02

I am highly experienced in electronics and can tell you that the stock wire will handle upto 100 watts without blowing the fuse, and on top of that will only start to melt the insulation on the wire at about 150watts.

hey bigdog, you are wrong my friend, i have burnt out the harnesses twice now, both times using 80/100W bulbs, so I dont know what electronics you work with, but it isnt maxima 9004 stock headlight harnesses...
maximaracer- how much did you pay at jeg's for the harness??
