colder plugs (N/A v. nitrous)

I know you should get colder plugs if you're spraying nitrous to help prevent detonation, but some people have also found that colder plugs will decrease performance when you're N/A (not spraying). Have any of you with nitrous kits and colder plugs experienced this loss of perfomance when off the bottle? I guess you have to pay to play...

I haven't noticed any loss of performance with the colder plugs and reduced gap...
