OT: Question about buying a 200sx

There's a dealer with a 96 200sx SE-R. 5spd, Power Sunroof, all that. It has been hit, can't tell how bad though, the hood has a slight dent and the headlight is pushed back maybe a 1/8 of an inch. Then the hood sits a tad bit higher then the fender then runs the opposite that the fender is a tad bit higher than the hood, The driver door pops up just a smidge above the roof, and the trunk right next to the back window sticks up a bit over that rear panel, then looking straight on there is a bigger gap on the driver side on the trunk then on the passenger side it's smaller. I drove it and it seemed to drive straight, there's little dings and scratches, the driver side mirror had a dent so the guy put a new one on and it was put on crappy so it sits at a angle, but looks like it just needs to be popped into place, interior is in ok shape, on cigarette burn one fin on the heater vents is broke, and the cloth on the passanger door looks like it got pulled out from the door just a bit. Runs strong and sounds good. Should i worry about the body or is it just a mild hit that is easily (semi-cheaply) repairable? He had a carfax report on it and it was all clean. it only has 50k on it.

I told him 7200 at 12% intrest with 500-1000 down and i would buy it from him. What do you guys think? Should i stay away or is it worth giong after? I'm confused about what to do

Thanks
