I know that the GTs are 4.6, and I think that the V6s are 3.8s. The V6 Stangs are always fun to mess with.

v6 Mustangs are not performance orientated cars.. just like AUTO maxima's are not

A kid on there little moped could beat a V-6, there not anything at all. Like Civics with automatics. The maxima, any maxima, im pretty sure could beat one.

I have yet to lose to a V6 rustang. Even when I was stock. They are nothing.

im pretty sure the V6 stang has the overused 3.8L engine... gm used that motor in about 200 cars lol... if youre gonna get a mustang, get a GT.. i dont see why people get the V6 mustang if they wanna go out and race. maybe if youre 40 and you just want a "sporty looking car" but the V6 doesnt look half as nice as the GT anyway, oh well

so what are the stats on a mustang 5.0 v new maxima. Wouldn't that be a descent race? Anybody here have some stories?

Since when did GM and FORD share engines/platforms?

maybe when i was thinking of it i didnt realize it is mostly fords that have 3.8's like the taurus... but buicks also use 3.8L such as the regal/grand national

ford shares the mustang 3.8 with the windstar minivan, so its not really fast.
