I30 clear corners...

i know that i30's have the option to buy one piece headlights but everywhere i find them, they are out of stock so im looking for a temporary solution. is it possible to clear out the current corners or am i stuck with that ugly orange lens until i can get my hands on some one-piecers...?

You can clear out your corners if you want too. Just cook em, peel em, and put new reflectors in

so I could take the corners out like I want to replace the bulb then use a heat gun or what? it would be great if I could do this.

Take your corners out and remove the bulbs. Now stick the corners in the oven at 275 degrees for about 5 minutes. Then take them out and peel the lights apart. You will need to get a sheet of reflector material from Home depot{Or other} and cut out new clear reflectors. BTW I have not done this to my corners, I did however do this to my tail lights and it was safe mad effective, just be real carefull .

If you want, ill try and get hold of some here in New Zealand. I will definitly be able to get them. Interested? It may cost you about $400 NZD for them.

Anyone have a close-up of the '96 I30 corners they could post up?
I'd like to see any difference between them and the Aust/NZ version. Cheers.
