Fastbrakes/Wilwood BBK, will 16x7.5 Kosei K1s fit over them?

Hi all,
Like others, I've got a fastbrakes kit lying around for an opportune moment to get installed. That moment is fast arriving!
I've already bought 2 sets of 300ZX rims for summer/winter use, but now I'm thinking all-season use on a single set of wheels. If I sell off the 300ZX wheels, I can afford a decent set of new rims, and the Koseis are light, have a good spoke design for clearance, are relatively cheap, and can be had in 3 colors.
Can anyone confirm that they can clear the Fastbrakes (or 300ZX or any other big brake) kit?

The offset from tirerack is 32mm, if that helps anyone.

The only other rims that I can think of that might fit (considering spoke design and width) are the Eagle Alloy 077 (look like Mustang Saleen wheels), and maybe Borbet type Bs, but the Koseis are probably lighter. Any other (inexpensive) ideas?

any help appreciated!

The only way to really know is measure the mounting surface to the inboard spoke clearance on the KOSEI rims... If you compare it to the 5 spoke SE rims, it will require a few mm extra clearance seeing that someone said that it doesn't clear the stocks by a few mm's.

I'm inclined to say it probably would with the 32mm offset but like I said it really depends on the spoke design.

I'm clearing

I'm using a 6mm spacer on my 50mm offset GS400 wheels. I'm lucky the spoke design favors clearance. They just barely fit enough to squeeze a one dollar coin. I'm considering getting new wheels since I have to use spacers, but I'm very particular about design.

Where are you located? I'm in Southern California and can lend a hand with the install if you like. I still have to do Dave's kit, but after fiddle with my kit for days, I think I know every little trick to make this fast, easy, yet thorough.

Good Luck

OK Chunger, you can be the Wilwood guru

I serious spent two weeks of fiddling and perfecting the brakes, but I know you've had about 6 months of perfection.

post a pic of rim

32mm is good.

will probably fit.

as long as the spokes don't curve back in.

The only pics I can fin are at tirerack, but the link is a bear:
http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Displ...Silver+Painted

The spoke design is definitely conducive to clearing, but I thought that from looking at

http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/offset.htm

that we would want a higher offset than normal. Is that wrong?
