i just got pulled over without a license

im still on my permit and my fatass and 3 friends decided to go to mcdonalds. so i pull out of my street and start going down the side street...there was an unmarked car and he pulled out...at first i tried to slow down n let him pass but he pulled over with me...and so he comes up and asks for my license and i give him me registration n tell him i just got my car fixed and im trying to test it out and make sure everything is good. which is the truth...but i was also going to mcdonalds. so he asks me to get out and does the normal police questioning and asks if i have ne thing illegal in the car and i say no...so he lets me off and tells me not to do it again...so he tells me either i teach of of the friends in the car to drive stick or im gonna have to tow it home and out of nowhere my friend chris pulls up and helps me get my car home....

thats not all...he took my registration so i hada grow some ***** and go to the station and ask for it back. he gave it to me and i dipped.

You got off real lucky then. I had a cop that wouldn't leave me be when I gave him my licence and insurance. No registration. I had taken out everything else after my accident while the car was at the shop and forgot to put it back in the car.

I was out of state driving 4 hours on the interstate...got pulled over...

He even was weird enough to ask if I had a TN tag even tho I presented him my GA license + matching GA tag in the back.

88 in a 70 geez.

dude...god loves you. i got pulled over 3 hours ago for rocketing up an on-ramp into the freeway and supposedly surppasing the posted "on ramp" speed limit of 45... WTF? i thought you're supposed to speed up on the on ramp and the the exit ramps are the ones with low speed limits..... anyway i was at 75mph (which is the freeway speedlimit) only a quarter way down the ramp and the cop was behind me the whole time...... got off with a warning. He was like, I know its saturday night and every1 wants to speed, but dont you dont just take off up a ramp like that...... i was confused , but whatever.

^^^ Okay with everything you've stated, someone was bored and wanted to flex a little bully muscle. Give me a break. I don't mind an officer pulling me over for a sincere concern or issue, but don't bully me. You'll have a tiger by the tail.

Regarding the OP, learn now, or it will get more expensive and harder to bail yourself out of these issues.

yeah, other than the fact that speeding is dangerous for everybody, speeding without your license is asking for a **** load of extra baggage. car tow + suspended permit (do they do that?) and im sure other stuff.

so just drive like a normal person, and you won't get pulled over (usuallly works, not always) and if you do feel compelled to speed, wait till you get your license, after you are more familiar with your car, driving, and the capabilities of both.

I think I can beat everyone here.

75 in a 25, residential. Let off with a warning. (this was when I was 17 and really skinny, 5 years ago)

Sounds waaay worse than it is, context is key. But I'm still amazed, I've gotten away with the dumbest **** sometimes...

the point is that we don't need more stupid threads about "I got pulled over because I...[insert whatever stupid thing you did here]"

btw, you don't tell me what is "fine." I tell you.

its federal law that if you exceed the speedlimit by 30 mph they have the right to impound your car on the spot. if you are on the freeway, 520 miles from home, you are FCT.

also if you break the speed limit by more than 15mph and get a ticket, your insurance JUMPS.

i was quoted 1120 dollars for 6 months full coverage and no speeding tickets and 1610 for the same policy with a ticket for driving +15mph over the limit.

LOL yeah i was just sitting back, watching and laughing waiting for someone to make the next move

well, back OT, i'm just glad everything worked out for you ok..you coulda ran into one of those cops who's just like "i don't give a damn about your excuses" and really could have notified your parents, suspended your permit, make you take driving school all over again[ or D. Improvement?(would seem weird for you to "improve" if you're still "learning" )] but nonetheless this was just a "spare you" situation that won't always occur..so keep it safe on the streets..for the most part

wow..........speeding with a permit. Doesnt get much dumber then that, he should have wrote you a ticket for being a dumba**.

This reminds me of when there was an accident on I-95 and traffic was stopped, and this guy in an escalade decides he's going to use the shoulder as his privet lane. What he didnt notice was that the car in front of him was an unmarked cop car. U would think all the antennas would have been a tip off. Anyways the cop cuts him off and just blocks the lane. The guy in the escalade didn't get the hint, he pops it in to 4 wheel drive and trys to go around him through the grass. So the cop gets out of this car pulls this badget out, and looked

i would simply die if i were in your situation and if the outcome was different.

1 week though? wow. luck is all i can still justify
and I'm on the very lucky side myself..who can say they've raced a cop intentionally, start winning and get teased by the red&blue @ 80mph in a 50

Friend of mine in WA didn't even get a license until he was 23. Driving since 16, 3 accidents but only 1 at fault. Should have ended up in court but never did.

i live in one of the top 50 zipcodes for most accidents per capita. DELRAY BEACH< FLORIDA. half the accidents are elderly drivers. the other half are illegal immigrants who often flee the scene.

i was paying 470 in northcarolina for a 6 month policy.

Lifes lessons.........

I've lost too many friends to the "love for speed" that I've shared with them. You gotta learn the limitations of the car..........the road design/condition......and yourself if your gonna enjoy it and not take anyone out. Its usually the unpredictability of everyone else around you that gets you. But in the end its you who kills you. Get some experience before you test it, you'll enjoy alot more years of it.

I used to reckless like you cept when i had my permit i had a parent in the car that would yell whenever i was speeding. Got a ticket 2 months after i got my license and now i'm pretty relaxed when i drive. I'm actually glad i got a ticket or i might be dead right now at the rate i was driving. I would do about double the speed limit off the freeway and bout 80 on the freeway when speed limit is 60...

But you are a dumbass, you should not drive anyone but your parents without a license unless its something extremely important.
