Rust.... :|

So ive noticed in some areas there is rust begining. The first one is on the passenger side window the middle bar seems to be getting a bit of rust. second is the rear left area above the tire(thast the worst spot, and there is some type of foam coating the dealership put for it) Should I start trying to replace parts or can i just prevent it from further rusting?

You can also just sand the rust spot down, buff it, and add some touch up paint.

HELL NO!!!
that is a band aid. if you don't treat the rust it will bubble up again and come back.
