Sure enough my car was leaking oil from the pressure switch. Thanks for the link. I think these cars share a lot of common problems. It's good when people can be aware and have them fixed while the warranty is still good.

The Oil Pressure Switch seems to be a common problem on about all 3rd and 4th gen Maximas......I can remember replacing the first one in my dad's '89 Max about 10 years ago......[newbieness]but I had it done by a mechanic :([/newbieness] |
