z3 antenna on a maxima?

z3 antenna on a maxima?
Has this ever been done? I really want to do this, but does anyone know if it will fit on a maxima? The one i am talking about is not the little **** like thing, but the older ones, which were the black ones (non retractable), about 10" long. thanks.

aka Ooglie Antenna (style name).. many cars have these, Jetta/Passat/Lexus IS300/Z3 etc... i'll have my lexus is300 antenna installed this friday, it looks exactly the same..
search the 5th gen forum for ooglie antenna.. y2kevse has one

i know what you are talking about now.. i have seen that before.. i think the stock antenna was removed and that style antenna was stuck in the stock spot.. but i guess talk to a stereo place, they have antenna catalogs you could look at.. or go to BMW and buy one and see if you can use it..
