Rev/Speed meter question????

Does anyone have one of these? Does it work, what all does it do, does it remove the speed limiter on the max? How much $$, where did you get it, etc... I also found a product by a comany called Pivot, the pivot governor bypass meter-x, it's $98, and it says it works on nissan's, but nothing specific (ie maxima, 240, etc) at www.shmotorsport.com. Anyone heard of it? I know, so many questions, sheesh, you would think I was a newbie or something...
