What the hell! Nissan Maxima is the top on the douche bag car list? Some of the local guys should go and give the creator of that list a piece of our mind.

But then we'd be proving their point... and so...

And the Maxima IS a GREAT whip! Arrrgh!

 

 

that article is priceless! thanks for the repost I've never read this before. Im amazed at how they failed to mention porshe.... I think its a prerequisit to own a porshe you must be a douchebag... lol

Not that many douchebags, granted I can point out a few but not enough to warrant a guest spot on that list

 

Yeah the Maxima shouldn't be on that douche bag list or the G37, although I have seen a few Infinity drivers scream past me when I was already going 10 miles over the speed limit (Lead foot) it still shouldn't be put on the same list as a Honda Civic or be rated as being the bigger douche bag car than the Civic. For all we know the author of that list is the biggest douche bag known to man.

But today I almost got backed into by a guy in a... you guess it... Honda Civic with a extremely loud exhaust and if I hadn't honked he would have had went straight into my car. Then as he corrected himself and drove away he gave me the bird and then called me a f****r... and he was the one that nearly ruined hours of hard work polishing and waxing swirls and scratches out of the front end. Grrr

 

Guess what blog would be on the top 10 list of douche bag blogs? *ahem*

 

The max makes no sense on that list....but wheres the Mustang, Camaro, Escalade and ofcourse the grand daddy of them all...corvette

please note, the article did say 3.5L. not saying the people on this forum are douches, but there are quite a few 5.5/6/7 gen drivers around OKC, and I swear, they must have been as children, or something. I try to start a casual Maxima owner, to Maxima owner conversation, and and all they want to do is talk about how much faster their car is than mine, or the other 10+year old cars they've whupped. This is why Maxima is on the list (I don't understand, they aren't that good of a car, nice and fun, but not that fast, nor good handling)

 

I guess I am a douchebag. I would own almost any of those cars... Except the Jetta, Cobalt SS or Integra..
