Where do you wash your car in the winter (All cloth, Touchless, Do it yourself bay)

Everyone who lives where it does not get cold - Buuu-by. You guys with access to heated garages, follow the warm climate boys.

The rest of you, where do you wash your car in the winter? Is touchless better than all cloth? Is it OK to use the brush in the 'do it yourself' bay if you spray it with the high pressure hose first? Is it worth paying for the 'extras' (wax, underbody wash, etc.) in the automatic car wash? Where I live we occasionaly get a day above freezing in the winter, I think that is the only time it is practical to use the do it yourself bay.
