Please help with these codes!

Inspection is coming up and I need to pass. I have OBX headers and I'm throwing p0031 and p0138. So based on these codes, what do I need to do? Non-fowler trick? Possibly new o2's?? Thanks in advance.

Did an ECU reset and the codes are gone... for now. Just looking for what I should do if they come back.
