I have Nissan Maxima 2002 SE

My rear driver side door is locked and I can not open the door from inside and outside ... I can not open it from inside because the child lock is on but I do not know why I can not open it from outside ... Maybe the exterior door handle is bad ...

the center lock is working fine..

I do not know how to remove the inside door panel .. because it is locked

Is there a way to remove the exterior door handle without removing the interior door panel?

please help ... anyone has the same problem before ?

sounds like a rod fell off
i dont think you can remove the outside handle with out removing the interior panel i would try and unlock the child safety switch with a soft plastic something
