Anyway, my car is "The Money Pit" because it's the biggest piece of **** Nissan I've ever owned. Would be nice if someone would hit it just right to total it but leave me unharmed. Shoulda never sold my 1st gen Altima. Sold with 237K miles and the new owner drives it every day. Still kickin myself for that one!

 

I have yet to name mine but I refer to it as my baby all the time

 

Lol I should call mine that, I picked it up when it was a POS, barely hanging on at the end of its life, one of the front calipers was seized so only one brake pad grabbed, the rear brakes were seized. I dumped 650 bucks into 4 new drilled/slotted rotors, pads, and remanned calipers which were painted red . I also had to fix the clutch slave cylinder in the first two days of owning it, and just recently i bought a front end suspension kit and two new front strut assemblies. But hey for 201k the engine REFUSES to die

 

Hmm, the family's names for our cars:

'89 Maxima SE = Max
'09 Murano SL = Mo
'73 240Z = "the blue Z"
'93 300ZX = "the red Z"

We're really clever in my family....:-)

The originality in here is killing me.

 

We named my g/f's 97 SE "Pyro" and the story behind it is that when we first got it and dropped the engine in, my buddy helped and he was the one that "tightened" the fuel injection hoses so when we were first testing warming it up, fuel landed on the exhaust manifold and started a small fire... it was POURING rain crazy style so we pushed it into the alley and sprinkled water to put it out. Ever since that day, its been called Pyro
