Better than indiglo Gauges
Check out this IntelliGlow Needle kit I found. The kit works on 1989+ Maxima's http://www.importcarpartsplus.com From there click on Needle Kits They also have gauge face overlays.

I mean come on this isn't kindergarten, we're just joking with him. but the indiglo needles AREN'T new news, they've been around for a while!!!

The indiglos are easier to install, but I think they're much harder on your eyes at night.
