i was driving last night with the front all the way down and the back all the way up, it was pretty cool.. felt like i'd slide out of my seat.. more pics as soon as it's done.. there is an air leak in the rears somewhere..

the kit was 1800 from alex at southwest autoworks and i think airbags are a better setup then hydros because you dont need 14 batteries and loud annoying and hot pumps.. just M H O...

see i thought i was gonna be one of the few max's but now it seems like there are many..

weasel- i had no place to host the images and wanted people to not have to click and wait and all.. cardomain and maxima cardomain were both down last night and may still be down..

 

Yeah, there are WAY too many people doing this... you should just sell the setup and get rid of any suspension whatsoever, maybe just weld a short little pipe in there. Then you could be original. And if you want to get rid of the kit, I know this guy that will buy it for a good price... he says he will give you $50. Let me know and I will be able to give you this amazing deal....

Hi all, yeah, the kit took too long (three weeks), but J got it in. Jason, **** is looking tight as hell!!!!!
BTW, there are only five maximas in the entire country (fourth gens) so don't be stupid....You said there are too many??? Imagine how many Honda/Acura owners feel the same???
Anyway, car looks sick, I'm glad you love the ladies peepin you out...

i fixed the leak in the rear with some teflon tape.. cleaned up the trunk some.. after the car gets a bath and the front bags gets remounted to sit 1.5 inches lower i'll take more pics..

 

BTW your rear sits exactly the same as mine, mine is just tucking more tire, since I have fatties 235/45

 

i think mine will sit lower.. i need to do what we talked about with jacking up the axle or whatver that beam is down there and then tighening bolts..

 

hey alex can i use a camber kit to straighten out the front so i can drive slammed with out uneven tread wear?? or just dont ride slammed..

 

How big is the air tank in the trunk? Any pictures?

what are bags?

 

airbag suspension.. uses actual airbags to raise and lower your car.. works kinda like hydraulics.. you can put your car's front higher or lower than the rear, and at stoplights people with bags often drop their car all the way to the ground until it's time to go again.. they're dope as hell, but at $1800 outta my price range

 

that's exactly what i have been doing

the muffler is about 2 inches off the ground and the front end is around 4.. i hit a speed bump today with my front bumper.. had a problem with switches so i had to drive slammed through my apt complex.. that sucked.

i'll have like 20 pics up sometime this week of trunk and everything.. tank is big.. pics soon

yes sir.. right now.. i still have to jack up the car and tighten the bolts then.. should give me about 1.5 more of a drop.. so figure 2.5-3 inches of clearance in the front..
