Hp I don't think 240-250 whp is representing that plate too well.. If I ever go f.i I'll be sure to get that.

It's been a while since I was in California, but you order the vanity plate, they check, and if it's available they send it to the DMV. When you pick up the new plate, you turn in your old plate is the way it was.
