What car did you drive before the maxima?

1. 1979 Olds Delta 88 w/ 350 (bulletproof tank!)
2. 1994 Z-28 (crashed)
3. 1995 Z-28 (lemon)
4. 1987 Buick Grand National (should have kept this one.....miss that car but couldn't afford it at the time)
5. 1999 S-10 Xtreme (waste of money)
6. 2000 Camaro SS (very nice ride w/ 6 speed until it was totalled)
7. 1999 Ford Contour SVT (still ran strong with 160k-orig motor and tranny--great car)
8. 1999 Honda VFR 800 Interceptor (still in garage)

vfrpilot28 We had a red Contour for 13 years by January of this year it caught on fire at Wal Mart and thats when I went and got the 06 Maxima. mechanically that car was a nightmare it was always something with it my parents bought it new in 98 and gave it to me jr year in high school 2003, around the same time we had a 93 max never gave us any trouble

pre-Maxima days
Before my current 08 Maxima, I drove a 05 Maxima. But, prior to that I drove the "soccer Mom" ride - Ford Expedition (went through two of these also). Family needs change - love driving my Maxima.

Hence the scree name "Clydesdale" Like a Bronco but bigger, and more clumsy.
Max was bought for mpg and comfort over a 12-1800 mile commute each week, depends on how many times I banzai home.
Still Have the Centurion, but it will undergo its final metamorphasis this winter, and become something ...... more enjoyable to drive.Target is a 20 mpg Expedition rig that is functional from Rocks to Mud to Snow to Desert Speed. Wish me luck, friends call it a Unicorn.
Max? Maybe some take off rims, but likely pull the dent in the fender, buff it out, replace the grille a pheasant knocked out, and throw the stereo out of Clyde in it. And drive.

i actually haven't owned anything but maximas. i learned how to drive in a 2002 Q45. inherited a 95 GXE. just recently totaled my 97 SE and that's getting replaced in a couple weeks with a 99 SE.

Last car was a 2002 chevy cavalier. It ran good but no power windows no power locks crappy interior weak engine ect got on my nerves. The straw that broke the camels back was when the tensioner went out @ 160k miles and I just really didn't want to fix it...

When I first got my 06 preowned in January of this year I was amped up about a few things like the shimmy in the steering and motor mounts, stuff the previous owner didnt fix but after 9 months i'm finally starting to feel comfortable with my car, my parents bought a 06SE brand new I never got to touch it, but we had another 04, then a 02 and a 93 prior to then,I'm not too found of the 09 to present generation.

2000 accord (intake and serious a/v setup)
92 4 door civic( swapped, I/h/e)
95 Subaru legacy $300 winter beater
95 talon Tsi awd bought and sold in a month
94 Integra (built ls/vtec)
92civic coupe (coilovers that's all )
89 rx7 Turbo 2 (failed project)
and finally now I have my 99 maxima and I don't think ill go back. I think I might actually be missing a car or two in there. That's alot of cars for only 6 years of driving. I've also paid under a grand for all of those cars except my accord my Max and my rx7
