the tranny is out. Man what a pain in the buttocks. 1st of all the little allen head screw that holds the shift ball, is not there so I have to fab one w/ a grinder. Next the little boot that's under the ball is missing the steel bushing. So I have to break off the ball on the stock shifter to steal that one to use. Then I find that the steel insert for the shifter sleeve looks too small so I have to steal the stock one to use. So basicly the stock shifter is ruined(no going back now) That kit was not put together well. I'm gonna email that guy and complain. Oh and the leather shifter doesn't want to screw tight again. I hope that epoxy holds it. grrrrrrr..

Not really

I didn't have any problems installing the shifter.

The only thing was that when I attempted to put my stock shift **** back on I over-tightened it and stripped all the threading in the ****, so I had to get a new one ( AE edition!! ).
