Great add on, feel the difference on the first fast turn.
very easy install, providing you have jack stands.

Get the RSB. Even on stock suspension you can feel the difference. All I have on my car right now is FSTB and RSB and it feels a lot better than nothing at all.

I agree, I have the FSTB and RSB with my stock SE suspention and I think it is a huge improvement over stock. I think for the money (under $200) these two items are the best mods for the Maxima.

clee - to bad you spent all your suspension money on the RWD conversion

The addco rsb is great and you can really feel it, but after a while it makes a rubing noise, which is not loud but unless you are blasting your radio you will hear ir. This is caused by the bushings which rub against the bar and support.

I've had the addco for a year now and never heard any noises... you can really corner with more stability and its worth every penny you pay for it

Took about half an hour to install. I did mine the ghetto way, drove one side up on a curb to get it high enough to get under, after that the rest was cake. Feels nice, though now I seem to notice how much the body really flexes now

Begged for weeks for it, bid for it, won it, waited for it, received and partied for it, installed it and never really put it to the test I feel, removed it, sold it, cried a little for it, currently begging to buy it back from my freind who helped me out when I needed it.

I have a question...

Can you get any oversteer with this anti-roll bar? Or does it just help to even things out? I was just wondering, because I want to be able to get a little drop-throttle oversteer. I can already do it with a stock suspension by lifting off the gas while cornering too fast in the rain, but it's kinda scary. If I can get it in the dry with this anti-roll bar, that'd be great.

If you're screaming thru a corner and jump off the gas aggressively, you'll be pointing the other way before you can blink.

WD-40 squirted between the bushing and bar.

I had the Addco RSB on but just took it off.

It will def change the handling characteristics but in my opinion, i dont feel i need it anymore w/ my other suspension mods. I can say that my steering is more nuetral since i removed the RSB.

The Addco is adjustable like Stillens.

The Addco should come wiht Polyurethane bushings. I never had a problem with them squeeking at all. You can pack a little bit of bushign grease or something similar to stop it.

KRZYMAX- When i first got my RSB, the parts were wrong size. I called up Addco telling them i jsut bought it and the parts were the wrong size. They asked me what parts and a week later, i had all new hardware (that fit). They charged me nothing for it. Give it a shot.

Addco used to sell the RSB with rubber bushings and optional poly U bushings. Now they only sell the RSB with Poly U bushings. Maybe your frined has the older one. Give Addco a call and get the poly urethane bushings. I've had my RSB for a year and a half and haven't heard a thing from it. It only makes itself known around a hard corner

It is good, but I honestly felt more improvment from the FSTB. However due to the Maxima's horrific handling one needs everything they can get, and for $130 its not a bad deal. You can install it with nothing but a torque wrench. I did exactly that on my car which already site 2" lower with Sprints. But yes, I am small, and barely fit. Point is you shouldn't even need to jack it up.

Sounds good to me! I already got the back end out of shape on a 45mph curve. I was coasting through at 60, and it was wet. About halfway through, the back end slid just a teeny bit. I thought 'Whoa, I'm drifting!' and just countersteered. The car suddenly snapped back into place much faster than I thought it would. That part was actually scarier than being sideways.

That seems to be the consensus of people who are already lowered, it doesn't make as much difference then. For stock suspension though, it seems to make a pretty big difference. I'll post opinions when I finally get around to installing mine.
