Okay guys..heres the deal. I picked up a set of 19' oem maxima wheels but they rub. When I turn the wheel or attempt to monuveur the car. My question is do I need spacers or do I need to buy low pro tires? I currently have 245/45 tires on the wheels..and they don't fit. So would spacers fix this??? Or do I need new tires like a 225 or 235?

Oh ya btw I got hit my a drunk driver whilte I was stopped at a red light..picking up these wheels. IDIOT comes out of no where and side swipes me!!! I was 5 min from the interstate heading home...but a dumb drunk idiot crahsed into me and caused 3900 worth of damage. Thank god I have full coverage.. and a 500 $ deductable.

I also had to spend 5 hrs in the hospital because of whip lash and shock/trauma..from the whole incident. BS!

I just need to know how to get these wheels to fit now!!! WHenever my car gets out of the bodyshop I am putting them on there immediatly because It shouldve been done last week and now I got to wait another week for them to fix my car. Unbelieveable..screw idiots and there dumb drunk tendencies. I hope they all burn in hell.

Picture I took earlier in the night..no idea what events would later occur only a few hrs later. Brings tears to my eyes to see it this clean...and now look at it all scuffed up and scratched and dented in. The alti is my grey ghost..and NO ONE will take that from me and that dumb b*tch just barked up the wrong tree.

She has got a lawsuite coming her way FAST. I just found out the owner of the vehicle has insurance..So i am going for a "settlement" for punitive damages, personal injury, pain and suffering, and most of all see to it that justice is served..and this idiot never has a drivers license for a good long while.

Hopefully the dumb ****ing ***** gets locked up for a nice duration then I will be content. When she is sitting in jail..and her 6 kids don't have a mother to raise them..because she was driving around drunk/high and decided to crash into my car. Nice work mommy..great role model you are!

Whats it rubbing on? Fender? Fender liner? Where on tire is it rubbing? Top of tire or sidewall?

So if its rubbing on the sidewall, gettong a spacer would only make things worse. A smaller tire is your answer.

You would be better off getting a 245/35/19s the actual size will be nearly the same as stock. Sorry to hear about the accident, hope you're ok.

Looks like you and me are both getting new tires for our maxima rims. Honestly take a wheel up to tire/wheel shop and they'll know what you will need to put on there bro.

someone else previously stated I should go 235..and that he was SURE that would fit. Because that is a lower profile then 245.

I am okay just pissed all the time now.

I need more feedback/advise on the whole "rubbing" issue.

So just to be certain and completley clear on what I need, its going to be a 235/45 tire correct? Or do I need something else...???
