New Choice for oem Parts:
New Choice for oem Parts:
Local dealer - Tri-cities Nissan has decided to get competitive. They have set up a web site which is still growing with features.
I've compared some prices with Courtesy, and Tri-cities beats their prices hands down. I encourage everyone to do their own comparisons!

We all need affordable pricing for parts!!

I just ordered OEM bump stops, strut dust boots, spring perch rubber, and some other front end stuff from these guys. Saved me nearly $50 over Courtesy.
Too bad I spent $350 at Courtesy a week or two ago. Wish I'd known about these guys sooner, I bet I could have saved a TON.

I've been on them for a while to get competing. Let me just say I'm VERY glad to have a great relationship with these guys! They are currently working on establishing Paypal as an option...if they've not already. Also, they are looking at of course making the site more user friendly.
I'll make sure they know the .org is appreciative and looking to further make use of their website.

I wish I had seen this thread last week. I ordered a gas gauge fuel tank sending unit (25060-4L700) from nissanpartszone.com. They were $120.91. This new source (Tri-Cities Nissan) is $115.33.
How is the s&h charges?

For example the knock sensor sub-harness that us VE guys always replace along with the knock sensor. Their website won't acknowledge it exists (it says something like this part isn't compatible with my selected make/model or something like that, even though I know it is) even if I navigate right to the section. Same for the temperature sensor beside the coolant temp sensor.
I tried a few direct part number look-ups that didn't work and pulled up nothing.
But all in all it's all good - the prices make up for it.
DennisMik - no "handling" charges per se, but the shipping charges do seem higher than what you'd think they'd be. They charged me $28 shipping for 2 strut dust covers, 2 spring perch rubber inserts, 2 of the plastic "spacers" in between the strut tower and strut mount, 2 bump-stops, crossmember bushings (4), sway bar endlinks, and sway bar bushings. None of those are very big at all and would all fit in a single box and weigh no more than 3-4 lbs and I would think should cost no more than $15ish to ship.
They do have a disclaimer that if your shipping comes out higher than the estimated cost they'll charge you the higher cost. But, of course, no mention of if they deduct cost if it comes out cheaper.

But still, even at that, they're considerably less than Courtesy.
The location of parts is a component of what I was referring to in terms of being user friendly.
My understanding is the problem with the site indicating no matching part is when there is more than one similar part for that vehicle. My understanding is that you should not get that message if you put in your vin code.
I've already told them that the website saying parts don't exist when the vin is not used will deter people. We will see how this changes.
So, for those checking it out, put your vin code in, especially if you get a message a certain part is unavailable.

Just got my shipping notification from them. Not bad considering I ordered a bunch of obscure stuff that they likely had to order from Nissan.
Chris Gregg, another quirk I noticed is that when you add an item to your cart and then go continue shopping/add more items it doesn't keep your trim level/engine selections. So for example for me once I added an item to the cart, it would then revert my vehicle back to a GXE auto for some reason so I always essentially had to start anew with my vehicle info for each part I wanted to look up and add to the cart.

Where is this website?

They must be currently updating the website because it comes up blank?

Have the typical issue of locking up rear brake caliper on my 2003...so rear brakes are wearing prematurily. Going to replace the caliper so went ahead and contacted Tri-city Nissan to pick up some new pads.
Just learned Nissan now has a "value advantage" line of products such as brake pads and air filters. The products cost a little less, but appear to be of high oem quality. The brake pads themselves I picked up for my 2003 were a bit cheaper, very little metalic content (mostly ceramic) and even come with new shims and greese.
I'm pretty sure these parts are not yet listed through Tri-cities website, but you can call them and ask for pricing on "Value Advantage" parts.
Ex: Part number for rear brake pads on 2003 are dd06m-4u09jnw.

Just ordered some windshield moulding from them, and not only was the price cheaper, the shipping was cheaper as well. I couldn't find the dust boot covers for the front struts, so I'll give them a call tomorrow morning.
