So, I took my car in, and you guys were right.....Timing belt it was, and to add insult to injury, I did indeed bend valves....all of them. It's a fatal mistake. But there is good news. I now get to have an engine transplant from a 93 (i think and hope), which means I will have a better hp rating. All this for only 1000 dollars! What a great price! (not really) But that's why I have a job....Just hope I don't ruin another transmission with the stronger engine.
