Windshield Wipers Rattling??!

when i cruise past 50+ my wipers start vibrating and creating all this noise

they are fairly new wipers
what is the cause of this., and is there a fix to this.

they are probably comming loose so try taking off the little caps that cover the 14mm nuts and tighten them.
