Picture link glitch???

Picture link glitch???
Hello everyone,
I've noticed this happening a few times, so I figured I'd start a thread and ask if anyone else has encountered this particular situation.
When I click on the Maxima Forums link at the top left corner, a picture album bar will appear towards the top. Sometimes when I click on a picture to look at it, this pops up...
Has this happened to anyone else? Just curious to know if there's a "glitch" with the Org.

T_Behr904, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
- Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
- If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
Anyone else?
