This WAS my 04

I wrecked this car back on december 19 2010. I was driving on a pretty wet cold soggy night, there was atleast a half inch of ice on this one shuttle bend in the road... Needless to say, i lost all traction on all 4 wheels and slidd into the shoulder. Only this shoulder wasn't like every other shoulder in ohio. It was slightly banked, then had a steep 8-10 foot drop to the side of the road. This cause me to hit, then roll and flip 4 times. I was ok, other than a dislocated shoulder, and i was pissing blood for a couple days... I liked this car, but my replacement 07, I LOVE..

Just a reminder for those of use who have to drive in the colder climates. Be safe out there this winter....

i'm glad to hear (assuming that you were wearing your seat belt due to the dislocated shoulder) that you wear your seat belt. to this day, i still cant figure out or understand why people dont wear their seat belts...

Well first, the 07 is still running..lol. But the major thing is the package... my o4 was a base model with the sh1tty sky veiw.

The 07 is fully loaded, w/o nav. I love my o7. Lot of people dont even know i lost one, since i found a car with the same color.

I am a cvt lover too....

Wow, that's pretty scary, glad you made it out alive! I went from So cal to Iowa so I can definitely attest to the bad weather... its why I'm going to get an AWD.

AWD doesn't help on solid ice.

Glad to hear you are ok

Question: you hit ice and flipped the car 4 times? What happened between the ice and flipping?

Not true, AWD and smart driving are your safest bets when driving on ice.

Pictures like this take away some of the sting of NEVER ever seeing snow. Glad you were relatively OK. I can't imagine trying to drive on ice.

In picture 2, is that a 3rd generation Toyota Supra straight in front of it? Can's see much of it, and I'm really tired, but thats what it looks like to me.
