Interest in carbon fiber parts?
Us 1st genners could use some attention too but as Wiz said, not too many would be willing to commit, especially for us. Not too many of us on here....
But a hood and trunk would be interesting....

Another satisfied customer below & his 4th gen Trans Am. He will be posting more photos once the rest of the items are done as he sent in even more parts after he got the first batch back!

dont waste your time looking for interior stuff. its everywhere on ebay and has been around a very long time... i believe a few of our carbon fiber addicts will attest to it...

Hmmm...
I have been shopping around for a duckbill cf trunk for a 98 maxima. I know I cant get a group buy going because a lot of people don't even buy the regular cf trunk. How much?

Id be interested in a cf grille if it would be direct fit no modification needed,as well as cf trim pieces... mostly the radio trim and shifter trim for a 5 speed 4th gen... mainly a grill and shifter trim....cmod made a grill but i refuse to.pay 150-170 for a basic grill with screen mesh that still needs modification to fit..if he could get a design and make it work with cf and screened of some sort without the nissan emblem im sure thered be a few of us here willing to purchase...you just gotta find the right crowd....you know, those that arent scared to spend money ...LOL...

is this the actual cf trim piece which bolt in or a crap overlay kit....it may be real cf but if its only an overlay its a waste of time....juss sayin real cf that bolts in would look FAR better..and id be interested in some pieces myself...cf...lakeshore blue....best combo....ask Wiz he knows LOL
Cost of development + cost for the part. Development on a large item like that is typically around $1k.

Lol i know a cf grill would cost more...i simply stated i dont wnt to pay 170 for a fiberglass grill that dont even fit without modification....how much ballpark you think a carbon fiber 97-99 grill would cost, and would it be guaranteed fitment without having to drill extra holes?? Me personally i prefer no emblem on it with a nice design... im not scared to spend money...just dont want to spend it on something thats going to cost me alot and then have to modify it to fit properly...

well, something along the lines of a cmod grill in carbon fiber or even a basic stock design with mesh center no emblem... i bet you if you design one and post a pic of it The Wizard may be interested...hes a carbon fiber junkie lol but as far as stock design with mesh grill....ballpark figure would be good... id be more interested in a carbon fiber shifter bezel for 5 speed.... its all on pricing...i know cf isnt cheap thats for sure lol

Ok scratch the grill.. shifter bezel would be more like it for a 5 speed of course.. and i got no.problem sending it in but in order to get 5 commited buyers id need either a definate price ir ballpark figure, most people wont commit to buying something unless they know price range...

With that said, the shifter bezel does not require 5 buyers. The interior trim is wrapped & that can be done as a one off.
Ok, now I'm curious as to just how much was quoted. I've had items wrapped before and I'm wondering how the prices compare.
Interior parts are rarely done as a new mold due to the clips & locking systems they have from the factory for install.
With that said, I'm happy to work with anyone's budget, but I will need to know what it is.
Why the big secret? I can only think of one reason why......
