the first obd

i need to buy a diag tool to do some diag on my car, i have been looking for a long time and here is what i get Nissan Consult III and Nissan Consult 4 Reprogramming Card, it is so hard for me to figure out what is the best one, how is the quality, software stuff etc, so just give me some suggestion or you have a better one ever used, that is ok...

I got the Torque app on my android phone, used with a bluetooth OBDII unit.

$5 for the app, $25 for the bluetooth OBDII unit

Just pay the dealer for an hour of their time... that link is just to a "reprogramming card". You'll need a Consult III which is $$$.

or try what AznRyan suggests.

Torque app can get all the fault codes, how?

With the bluetooth OBDII unit in place and linked to your phone, open the Torque app and hit the button that says "check fault codes", second from the right, up top
