Dust Boots

Dust Boots

I have a 1996 GLE maxima. It has about 68,000 miles on it. If I replace the stock springs/struts (KYB AGX and H&R), am I taking a real risk by not getting new dust boots?

nah.. wouldn't hurt to get new ones.. better off with new ones.. they are cheap anyway

Well i'm sure it wouldn't hurt to get new ones but what i'm really asking is am I running a serious risk if I just keep my stock ones? cuz i'm planning to have them put on monday.

well you would have to see how worn the stock ones are.. i say buy them anyway.. and changed them if you find them really worn down
