ok i actually took the time to read all of the posts.. i thought you guys were talking about my first run with sprite at ID cause i wanted it on tape or something.

but anyhow, when i ran sprite, all i had was an intake (pop charger) and catback. when i ran sprite i was not in 4th gear. i was in 3rd gear cruising then caught up next to sprite, we were next to each other then sprite went first and i tried to down shift into 2nd but it poped into 4th. thats why i ended up in 4th, so that explains everything about that...

next thing, russ, how can you say that wasnt me racing sprite when you dont even know what my car looks like? i think all you know is that i have a 5spd 5th gen.

yes i would like to run you again sprite, but i am heavier now cause i put in a system in my car.

yoitsok, thanks for getting me off the 93 in 45 ticket... what about the other one?

Actually no one is concerned.. only you and russ who can't seem to understand that the 4th Gen is faster than the 5th Gen


i have no problems taking my bottle out the car before i race people.. i will still walk modded 5th Gen 5spds


Wrong! i did have my bottle in the car when i raced the SE-R.. just like the other videos you see here.. i didn't turn it on..

because thats like saying.. how come you havn't upgraded your 51 inch screen TV to a 32 inch?

you can't upgrade somethign that is smaller.. in other words.. i can't upgrade to a "faster" 5th Gen.. if its slower

Race a 5th gen 5spd with the same mods as you from a dead stop a few times and a few rolling starts as well. Tape them all. No bottle in car at all. Change your cold plugs...no excuses. No 1/2 car rolling start leads, no hitting wot before flagged or on rolling start. Post videos of you winning everytime. Put a band aid on your leaking Y-pipe etc etc... People will then believe. Such as your infamous SE-R race you set up.

I agree not an even race there either. Same mods intake/y-pipe/straight pipe. No NOS. 5spds. No crazy heavy system.

Why do you keep reframing from the word stock vs stock same mods vs same mods?!

Why does it seem you keep saying you beat 5th gens but never give teh details. 5th gen with big steroe and less mods than you with a passneger lost. That is acceptible. but same mods on both cars you will lose.

And your videos mean jack **** to me. You haven't raced one of the same mods.

 

Tell that to Ru4real. 227 HP and 15.7 in the 1/4.

Russ.. are you into Ice Skating? you seem to be great at doing it uphill.. you should get a medal or something..

 

I don't really care either way but I have not seen any proof that a 4th gen 5spd is faster than a 5th gen 5spd with EQUAL drivers, mods, and same amount of seats and no heavy sound systems with equal rolling starts on highway runs. However I have seen clear proof that a modded 4th gen 5spd is faster than a modded 5th gen auto (2k-2k1). And that a 5th gen 6spd rolls em all up and smokes em all. To test your "theories" more than one car of each gen would have to be used (with same mods) and more than one driver of each car would have to be used. Otherwise it could be those particular cars and those particular drivers making the difference.

Also, wanted to say that alot of tracks have different equipment. I went to one track and I got a 2mph better trap with the same 1/4 time than the other. There is variations in things. I bet he can't run the same trap down at our track.
