So, playing with my logo, I've grown rather fond of it (yes, I'm a geek). For those who don't get it, I got rather annoyed with Sun Microsystems commercials which were like movie trailers only talking about their computers and how they're the dot in dot com (they used to supply hardware to Network Solutions, who used to be the only people who registered domain names in .com).

Anywayz, I was thinking, the supreme geek that I am, of making the logo into a T-Shirt. I'm thinking the logo enlarged on the back with a little maxima.org logo on the front breast. So, if I go make me a T-Shirt, would anyone else be interested in one? I'll probably get one made and then I can post lovely pics of it being modeled by our favorite department employee, Hilary.

Chad, talk to Jamie...

He's been kicking around thoughts of some other products that we've been talking about for a while, but I haven't heard anything from him lately about it.

But talk to him before you go off and design your own and start marketing it please.

Thanks dude.

I'm not marketing it, I just want to make me one, and I figure if I'm going to go to the trouble of getting one made for me, I might as well see if anyone else wants one. Not trying to cut you guys out of the t-shirt scene, I just want a dorky shirt

I'll Take One

I will take one if you are having them made. Everyone I know makes fun of how 'obsessed' I am with my car so why not get a dorky t-shirt?!

Hey we have a close family friend that is in the t-shirt making business... I can see how much it would cost. Do you have a large logo for the back that you can email me?

Oh why not try using one of those print out things to make your own shirt first? I've made lots of t-shirts before using that stuff... works well.

I was planning on just going to like Kinko's and getting a sample made. I'm not sure if I can get iron-ons for our printer, it's a thermal wax based Tektronic... Still working on a larger logo, I'm going to have to go take some fresh pics of a car for the background, I don't have any that are big enough for a T-Shirt sized logo without scaling them up and making it look crappy...
