95 0r 96 GXE or SE, me thinks they were the fastest of the fourt gens. They added too much weight in 97-99. Mines fast as hell, wouldnt trade it for anything, plus you can get one for around 9k

The fastest Maxima with only intake and exhaust is a 97. There's not that much difference.

I think my GXE looks pretty decent and I don't care for the wing anyway.

15.6 in the 1/4. I'm not worried about stock 95 or 96's.

Yeah... that's it.

Buy an SE if you want auto climate controls, Bose stereo, and all that other stuff. I didn't so I didn't buy an SE. If I had a wing my car could be mistaken for an SE by anyone who's not on the .org, and I paid a lot less than I would have for an SE.

I am sure you will have a good looking max, but for people who arent willing to shell out the big bucks a SE is the way to go. And I DEFINATALLY am not "staying small" by any means. I am not currently "small".

Your parents are going to pay for EVERY mod?????

Heck, you can have the fastest Maxima on the .org

Imagine some variable intakes from roadbeast for about $600, Don's VB mod, Level10 tranny, OJ, GCs, Konis, y-pipe, CAI, turbo (if it works out) .... if I give you advice, will you sponsor me some GCs????

I'll get the SE's for the white faced gauges!!!!

How about climate control??? can you put climate control on a GXE? and i dont think there is THAT MUCH of a price difference between 97 SE and GXE? may be i am wrong. CORRECT me if i am. and chrome door handles.. naah.. they look cheap and dont flame me on this since thats personal preference. Actually it depends on the car. on a black car i think black door handles look ALOT decent than chromes. Hey dude get what ever loooks GOOD to you not everyone else caz you will be driving it all the time not US.

But the chrome is real......... I didn't need climate control either. Whatever the SE has, trust me when I say I didn't want any of it(Sunroof, climate, wing, etc).

Hey sprint, even though I have an autotragic, I've got a modded GXE. Does that make me the coolest max owner.

Hmm... Lets see:

1. I have a 3rd gen and the best build quality(so I've been told).
2. My car has an independent rear suspension.
3. I've tastefully moded my GXE into quite a handling champ (Eibach/tock/fstb/z rims-sp8000 225's)
4. My car DOESN'T need a rear spoiler to make it look good.
5. My car (and all 92-94gxe's) came with really cool power, blue tinted, heated outside mirrors AND a low washer fuild light without buying some bullsh1t cold weather package.

But I do have an autotragic....so thats a strike against me.

Intake/Y/advanced timing VG auto's OWNZ all...
