Hey, I've been on this site for a bit and saw a few users with the maxima of the month or quarter award and wanted to know if we could make like a section for the winners? It'd be cool to check out those cars and read up on them or if there's a list to refer to or link maybe?

 

I think there is a thread posted that has pictures, info, and mods list of the Maxima of the month/quarter, but I do not think there is a separate section on the forum just for that. But I could be wrong.

 

Hmmm I've never seen that, you know the link for it? I think it would be an interesting read.

 

There was a section just for MOTM/MOTQ but it has been removed by DanNY most likely. I'm not sure why..

Not enough interest from what I remember but I had a couple good entries so it could've lasted at least another year. It was MOTQ at the time.

at the end of the day there was just not enough interest. there were cars that were in pretty bad shape that wanted to be MOTM and i would get hate mail (PMs) why so so won and why so so didn't win etc etc.

people didn't really give it enough effort...i would see entries with bad cell phone pics or pics with t-bell wrappers and/or various trash in the interior shot.

it went from MOTM to MOTQ..12 cars a year to 4 cars a year and still no entries...chris would nominate people or send me ppl's profiles but overall no one really came forward.

it stopped for a while...i brought it back up...then it stopped again and i brought it back one more time but still...low interest.

 

I miss it, some people have cool looking stuff. Oh well, good ole days...

 

Damn now I understand, but I'd love to see the previous winners and like bios of the cars and what not. There's no thread for that?
