Ok, I have found the Pace Setter STS at Summit Racing part #PSM-01-0422. But it says it is only for 95-96 Maximas. I then searched the forum and found out that some have got the Pace Setter on 97 plus too. I am just wanting to make sure that this will fit my 98 the same as on a 95-96?? Also, Summit has them on BO, so does anyone know another place that carries them?? I tried Pace Setter's website, but it sucks lol

yeah, Pacesetter hasn't updated there site since September of 99. I'm told it fits just fine. I think the product came out in 96 and they just didn't update the application guide. I found this for $60 at jcwhitney.com but the shipping is $13. I'm waiting to buy a few other things or wait for another deal on free shipping. BTW If you spend $200 your shipping is free. I'm thinking of buying an oil cooler.

The shifters for 95-99 are the same. Pacesetter is very similar to SMC... I think SMC includes a bolt/nut extra. No biggie, the stock one should be re-useable. For $73 shipped, the Pacesetter at JCWhitney represents a good buy. Just be aware that if you decide to wait for a special on S/H, then you will be waiting 2-4 weeks more for the STS to arrive as it is sent from Pacesetter directly...

Thanks guys... But on JCWhitney's site, I can only find this one: '89-94 Nissan Maxima, '86-90 Sentra Quick-shift Adjustable Throw Shifter Kit

Is it on the web, or do I have to call in???
