2010 Maxima with 95k. I went to start my car earlier and it was making this awful noise. The oil level is full. It is about 20 degrees but never did this before in even colder weather. I was thinking a stuck lifter or even a bend rod but the car ran tops. No studdering or loss of power at all. Just got louder under rpm's. But here is the kicker...After about 15 minutes of driving, I pull into my driveway to open my hood again and voila', no more noise! What the hell could this be/have been?
