Turbo Update III -Manifold done w Pix

Ok this has been some thing many have asked. What's the Manifold look like. Well first let me tell you that is made of Stainless Steel and a two piece connected with a V Clamp. Which has not arrived. The Turbo will sit high in the engine bank near where the battery was.

First pic show rear bank on left and front bank on right.

There's a couple more pix on the site
http://www.unclemax.net/ProjectTurbo2.htm
The Exhaust piping arrived today. Jason is working on it as we type
wooohooo getting close!!!
Thanks Json for the Pix

Wow pics! What an unique thing!

Uncle, very impressive work. Man those pipes just drip of expense! hehe. Very, very quality work to me.

Just a note. I don't think the other guy's kit is gonna have this type of quality so if you think a $2000-$2500 kit is going to have pipes that look like that, I wouldn't get your hopes up.

Uncle Max, is TPI interested in making kit's? Their work looks really good, and I know I'd buy a kit from them, even if it was like 4k.

Not TPI per se...but St00pid could be persuaded but this job is a lot more difficult than he had expected.

you can always drop him an e-mail at:

Jason mentioned having the manifold duplicated. IF and thats a big IF jason decides to sell it. The kit would only include all the Hardware.
No tuning devices or management would be sold. this is not a direct bolt on but its pretty close. Cutting like the battery stand and having a solid front mount is required. The mount would be included and special bracket as well. This also running a 3" down pipe.

This has not been thought out in regards to selling a kit so I can't confirm anything yet. No price has even been thought up.
