Question about WSP SFCs...

Can you jack up the side of the car in the middle with these installed, or do you still have to jack the side by the OEM jack points at the ends?

My "guess" (read: opinion) is since they weigh only ~34#'s you are not going to want to use them as a lift point. Its designed to strengthin you chassis.

I am also "assuming" (read: not for sure) that the factory lift point should be relatively uneffected by this mod.

Correct me if I am wrong should you know the correct answer.

I think I have found a shop to install these, just need to drop by with some printouts and let them take a look for sure. I really like the idea of tightening up the chassis without dropping the car. Basically because I am not allowed!

I think Dan has mentioned this...

You probably want to weld them on with the load at all 4 corners of the car... Muffler shops have drive in 'pits'...

My bad... but

The answer is no... because those points are soft... and will cave in... Don't ask me why I know... I gotta paint that portion black to hide my mistake.
