My younger brother is 15, will be 16 in 1 week. So he is at an age that he really interest in cars and is trying to absorb everything he can.

So I asked him a very simple question tonight:
Me: "How often do you have to change your oil?"
Him: "Every 3000 miles."

That was not to suprising... but the below proves my point:
Me: "Where did you learn that from?"
Him: "TV"

My point? Commercials work and Jiffy Lube is getting very rich by telling everyone to change oil at 3000 miles.

Aw man, don't get me started about that grill. It was the worst grill I've ever bought. The sad part is that my grill is not nonstick anymore. I will never buy anything from George Foreman again! Did you see how many grills he came out with?

Oh no... Please don't bring that up again.. like the guy on the 3rd gen BBS who wrecked his max TWICE after replacing his own brakes and realized his brakes didn't work when driving.

My mustang owner's manual says 5k. I change the max around7-8k but run mobil 1. Still have yet to change oil in the stang. Will probably put some Gold Value or something like that in. <img src=images/smilies/smile.gif>
