if i remember correctly, phillip (phil96SE) told me he used to do that, goto www.pa-maximas.com to get a hold of him
Ive got a 25hp jet, thats nothing. I settled on a 35. But am going to try to crank it up this Thursday, I have 3 hours of dyno time scheduled.
If you have an EGT gauge you can just spray nitrous with no suplamental fuel, but watch the EGT's! I did this and brought my EGT's up from 720c to 760c and picked up 3mph in the 1/4 mile. Thanks Phill!
When I go to the dyno this time I will be using the Fields fuel controller to increase MAF voltage and spray a bigger shot. Steve from Chicago did this with fantascic results. IIRC he got 50hp & 60ftlbs out of a 40hp jet! Thanks Steve!
I have been thinking about another way. If you go with a single fogger wet shot you can start big, with like a 70shot at 3500rpms and start it kinda lean so it hits hard, ala Thomas. Now as the SC boost builds the FMU will raise the fuel presure and richen the 70 shot out thuss killing some of the power, so by the time you get to 6500rpms the shot is maybe a 35hp shot but its really just cold fuel! I need to call NOS and ask them about this set up. This would be the way to get the nitrous low end torque with the SC high end horse power!
