When it comes to new rims how heavy would you guys say is too heavy for 18's? I was looking at some and called the company that sells them and they said they are around 23 lbs. Do you guys think that would slow me down alot or what? I know stock on the 4th gens are like 19.5 pounds so it is only a little over but what are your feelings on this?

"A rim weighing 14-17 pounds each (without tire) is considered very good and is best for racing/handling. 18-25 pounds ea is good, and is fine for sport driving. 25 pounds and above, and the rim is deemed "not-so-good" and performance might suffer. It's basically putting bricks on and telling your car to run. So keep it light. Also to consider is radius size. The bigger the radius, the more rotational energy needed to turn it."
pretty well said dont u think?
