Anyone make an SC besides Stillen?

I'm planning on getting boosted by May and I just wanted to make sure before I do that I don't miss out on buying something better. I thought Hogan was making a kit but some kind of disaster screwed everything up for him. Is that true or is he still able to be working on it? None of the turbo talkers are anywhere near being done especially for the price right? Thanks for your help!

On the subject of price, I was wondering what people pay for the Stillen kit. I know it retails close to $4400 but I thought I had heard you could get it for $3600ish. True or BS?
