ATTN ANYONE WHO DROPPED THEIR MAX WITH EIBACH SPRINGS
just got my max from the bodyshop. while my ride was in the shop i bought eibach springs pro kit and apex dunk muffler. i believe my front passenger shock is ffuucckk. i know this subject has been worn out to death and i should go to the old thread and check those out. but i figure that some time has passed and there are new max owner who have dropped their ride with eibach so new opinion would come to. for those who don't know i have a 95 max gle. i have 100k on it. i have three options for shock: kyb, tokico, or koni.
1) which one of these shock work best with eibach springs?
2) what are the price ranges for each shock?
3) i was thinking of replacing only the two fronts. should i replace all four or would it be ok to replace the front two?
4) which one of these shock last longer?
5) any kind of warrantee offered for these shocks?

Hey, Yellow. How do you like your Dunk? I love mine, but it is very quiet! I am adding the Stillen B pipe next week.

1) Best setup is Koni sports. Tokicos are ok.
2) Check the group deal section and shox.com... I think Tokico's are around $300~350 for a set, Koni's are $450 or so for a set.
3) Replace ALL of your shocks at the same time... especially if all of your shocks are fairly old. With 100k on all of your shocks I'd replace all 4, no questions asked and a kick in the head if you thought otherwise.
4) Konis will last longer, since they are better designed for higher spring rates. (e.g. Tokicos are much closer to factory replacements, Konis are valved so they are much stiffer and can handle lowering springs with their increased spring rates better)
5) I forget.
I think Tokico's are lifetime (good luck getting them replaced, though...)
