Any ideas on how about doing this? I'm thinking about selling my front lip but I want to find out how I can ship it first before I sell it. Do I really need a big box or should I just fold it up?

 

Is it painted? When I received mine (unpainted) it was folded up in a box.

 

How many times was it folded and where?

 

I shipped my front lip through GPX(Greyhound Package Express) http://206.66.2.229/ , yeah the bus company...anyways it was my only alternative and it turned out fine and only $26 from MD to TX. only thing is the recipient has to pick it up at one of the local stations. Fed EX wouldn't take it, UPS wouldn't take it because of the size, but GPX had no probs. as for a box, since the 3rd gen lip is bigger, I just taped 2-3 boxes together and that was fine! it was a crazy looking box!!

 

Mine was folded right down the middle and it came UPS.

 

Mine was folded at the corners so it was a straight piece.
